Returns
Under certain circumstances we may offer a refund under our sole discretion. There is a minimum restocking fee of 25% and shipping charge will not be reimbursed. The item is expected to be in the same condition that it was sent out for the later to happen or no refund will be issued for damaged goods.
If you receive an item that is not as described or we authorize a return, please use our online retuned materials authorization (RMA) system by clicking the following link:

All RMA claims need to be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item, unless otherwise sated
Returns must be received within 14 calendar days from the date the RMA is issued. We cannot accept items for return after that time period. Items returned without an RMA number are not accepted for return, and will be refused.
Items must be returned to us in the same condition as you received them. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as properly packaging an item. Items that are received damaged are not eligible for return. We will determine if an item was properly packaged.
Include a copy of your invoice in the carton. Please keep the original invoice. Print the RMA number on the outside of the box. Packages without a visible RMA number will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.
For items returned in accordance with this policy, you should receive replacement within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the merchandise. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be given. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless we made the mistake of sending you the wrong item which in that case it is.
Extended Warranty
