Q:What is your
return policy?

A:We offer 3
different types of warranties. Depending on the type of sale our policies
vary. Please verify the type of warranty in the item you're interested in
to confirm the applied warranty available. Each of these 3 warranty
policies are described in more detail in our FAQ's.

Q:Do you
combine shipping?
|
|
|
A:Yes, combined
shipping is available on all products we sell. The discount varies from one
item to another on the logistics of the packaging. Please use our s/h
calculator to calculate the cost on multiple orders of the same product.
For combined shipment of unique items you can contact for specific
discounts.

Q:When can I
expect my order to arrive?

|

A:Most orders
ship out the same day, or the very next day. We have daily UPS pick ups, 2
days per week on USPS deliveries and freight shipments 2 times per week.

Q:How much is
the Shipping and Handling Charge?
|
|
|
A:The shipping
and handling charge in most of our listings is based on a calculated cost
to your specific area. Please use our built in s/h calculator inside of the
item listing. Handling fees vary by product and are determined by the
actual cost of the materials involved to safely package each item. Certain
products do offer a flat rate s/h cost.

Q:Do you ship
internationally?
|
|
|
A:Yes, allot
of our items are available for international shipping. If so we have
already included the shipping options available for each country we can
deliver. This varies from one product to another and from one country to
another. Please refer to our s/h calculator for the international shipping
availability.

Q:What is your
general guarantee policy ?
|
|
|
A:You will
have 3 days to inspect the item and verify that it is materially the same
as advertised in the sale. If you find that the item was not received in
the condition as advertised contact us for an RMA*. Upon safe return of the
item, we will inspect the item and determine if it is eligible for a refund
or exchange. We do not refund the s/h.

Q:What is your
stated 30/60/90 warranty policy ?
|
|
|
A:We will
guarantee that item is in the condition described. If the item no longer
performs correctly and as described during the warranty, please contact us
and we may issue you an RMA* for refund or exchange (upon inspection). In
some limited circumstances, we may arrange to have a qualified technician
in your local area diagnose and repair it.

Q:Why do some
items state As/Is - No warranty?
|
|
|
A:When we sell
an item As/Is, it is either being sold untested, or for parts and/or repair
only. When we sell an item in this state, we do not offer returns,
exchanges, or refunds of any kind.

you post feedback for my purchase?
|
|
|
A:If you are
happy with your purchase, please take a moment to leave Excellent Feedback
and we will do the same for you. This lets us know we have met your
expectations. At that same time eBay
will automatically post a positive feedback for you.
